• 'Mindo' scoops two media awards

  We are delighted, and just a little bit proud, to announce that the Medical Independent won two awards at the recent Irish Medical Media Awards. James Fogarty won the award for Electronic Media Journalist and Priscilla Lynch won the award for Professional Medical Journalist. This is the third award the Mindo has received since its launch in February 2010 - June Shannon won the Electronic Media award in 2010. The winning articles for Electronic Media appeared on www.medicalindependent.ie The Irish Medical Media Awards are an annual event sponsored by GlaxoSmithKline
